Black Bull

Black Bull is a remarkably talented 5-year-old Thoroughbred gelding, standing 16hh.His eagerness to please and desire for attention are defining characteristics, as he strives to establish a meaningful connection with his handler. Although initially destined for a career in racing, his true aspirations lay elsewhere. Following his sound retirement from racing on 11/26/24, Bull has been restarted and is now poised for a new partnership. Notably, he does not possess any soundness issues. The transition to his new routine has been remarkably smooth. Bull is eager to undertake any assigned task and excels in both stall and turnout environments alongside his peers. He appears comfortable around horses, cows, chickens, farm equipment, and dogs. Characterized by his softness in the bridle, lovely natural headset, and level-headed demeanor, Bull demonstrates exceptional movement under saddle, performing walk, trot, and lope with finesse. He consistently picks up both leads and executes a flying lead change. His trail performance is impressive, as he navigates through traffic and obstacles with ease. Furthermore, he exhibits proficiency in lateral movement and trot poles. Given his versatility, Bull is suited for various equestrian disciplines, including dressage, jumping, eventing, and potentially barrel racing. Ideally, he would be paired with an intermediate or advanced rider; however, a beginner may also be suitable under the guidance of a trainer.
